Welcome to 911 Lincoln Ave., home of L'Apogee Restaurant & Harwigs Grill in Steamboat Springs, Colorado since 1979. This building, known locally as the "Harwig Building", was constructed in the early 1880s and was used as a saddlery store for many tenants over the years until Jamie and Sandy Jenny purchased it in October of 1985. The building was then extensively remodeled into Harwigs Grill and L'Apogee Restaurant. Included in this building is a large wine cellar built under the restaurant as well as a temperature controlled room for white wines on the ground floor.
Over the years we have been tasting and developing our cellar into what we believe is the finest in Colorado. Our efforts have been rewarded every year since 1987 with a "Best of Awards of Excellence" form the WINE SPECTATOR magazine. Our educated staff is eager and delighted to assist you in making a selection to complement your dinner.
Our cruvinet wine dispensing system allows us to serve over thirty vintage wines by the glass, including some of the finest older bottles from our cellar.
